Verification infrastructure for digital out-of-home — modular by design.

  • Platform overviewHow the parts fit together: wrap the creative, read the glass, grade the play.
  • PassportFor everyone. Wrap creative once — verification rides inside. Harvester-compatible by default on fitted screens.
  • HarvesterPatentedOn-glass sensor that produces Proof of Display — independent of the player log.
  • vTrust ScoreOne comparable score from every layer present. Tier 2 always. Tier 3 when Harvester is fitted. Never invents glass credit.
  • Commercial CMSCampaigns, scheduling and fleet ops for DOOH operators — built to sell and run inventory.
  • IntegrationsAPI, webhooks and MCP — pipe verified plays into the exchanges and tools you already use.
  • Smart DOOH PlayerScreens that run themselves and recover without a site visit — optional, never required.

Verification infrastructure

Every ad gets a score.

Not just "it played". How well it played, on the actual screen. One number, from someone with nothing to gain by it.

An example, not a real screen.

Start here

Someone says your ad played. Nobody looked.

The machine that shows the ad keeps its own diary. The diary always says yes. Nobody ever checks the screen.

The screen was off

The playback log said

✓ Played in full

The glass said

Dark panel. Nobody saw anything.

held

The frame was frozen

The playback log said

✓ Played in full

The glass said

One still image held for the whole slot.

The wrong creative ran

The playback log said

✓ Played in full

The glass said

A different advertiser's spot on the glass.

In every one of these the log does not go quiet — it reports a successful play. That is the difference between evidence that is incomplete and evidence that is wrong, and it is only visible to something watching the screen rather than the software.

so

How we fixed it

We had to try three times.

Each thing we built left something it could not see. The next one is there to see it.

  1. 01

    Vojo Passport™

First, we send a witness with the ad.

It goes wherever the ad goes, onto anyone's screens, and tells us what happened. Us, not the people selling the space. Nothing to fit, nobody to ask first.

But it can only see as far as the ad itself. It cannot tell you the screen was really lit.

    Vojo Passport™ ↗
  2. 02

    Vojo Harvester™

So we watched the screen itself.

A small sensor sits on the screen and watches it, from outside the ad entirely. It sees what a person standing there would see. We hold the patent for this in the UK and the US.

But a sensor is a thing you fit. Not every screen has one yet.

    Vojo Harvester™ ↗
  3. 03

    vTrust Score™

So we score only what we saw.

Every showing gets one number out of a hundred. It is built from what we could actually check: did it reach the screen, for how long, how clearly, and does the record add up.

And if we could not see something, the number says so. We never make it up.

    Passport · Tier 2

Content-level check-in, from inside the creative.

    Quality & hold

Freezes, colour faults, duration against the slot.

    Harvester · Tier 3

Proof of Display, from the glass.

A dashed ring means the layer was not there — not that it scored badly. The forecourt screen is not being punished for having no Harvester; it is carrying less evidence, and the glass layer is never filled in by inference.

See it happen

All four reports say fine. Watch the score disagree.

The same ad on four screens. Every report comes back saying it played. One screen was off, one froze, one showed it for half the time. The number is the only thing that tells them apart.

Nothing on the glass. Score floors.

which means

What that gets you

Charge more. Or pay less.

Both sides see the same number, so there is nothing left to argue about.

  • If you sell screens

    Price what you can prove.

Screens you can prove are worth more than screens you can only describe. And you stop giving away free ads to cover a number you cannot back up.

  • If you buy them

    Pay for what showed.

Blank screens. The wrong ad. Half an ad. You can see them now, so you stop paying for them.

  • If you clear the trade

    Settle on something solid.

Pick a pass mark and settle against it, instead of haggling over who to believe.

Method

How strong

  1. Scheduling log

    Weak

The spot was booked and dispatched.

    Who says so: You do.

Blind to: Cannot see the screen at all.

  2. Player playback log

    Weak

The device tried to play the file.

Who says so: Your player does.

Blind to: Reports on itself. A frozen frame still logs as played.

  3. In-creative measurement

    Sound

The creative loaded and ran where it was placed.

Who says so: The buyer’s own code does.

Blind to: Rides in the delivery path it is reporting on.

  4. Independent sensor

    Definitive

Content appeared on the glass, matched to the campaign.

Who says so: Something with no stake in the answer.

Blind to: Needs hardware on the screen.

The lower rungs are reliable at their own question — a scheduling log is a fine record of what you booked, and a playback log is good fleet telemetry. They are weak as evidence that an ad appeared for one reason only: the answer to “who says so” is the same party being asked. Read the column and the ladder explains itself.

What it costs

No big contract. Pay for what you check.

The software is free, for your whole team. You pay per ad checked. Sensors cost per screen, only where you want them. Start with one screen and sign nothing.
