The split

Start with how a network actually gets run today.

Three tools that never agree

Content, players and verification live in separate places, so nobody can answer a simple question end to end: was this campaign delivered, and can you show me?

01

Content lives in one tool

Campaigns and schedules sit in a signage CMS that knows what was meant to play, and stops there.

02

Players live in another

Fleet health, uptime and device state come from somewhere else, if they are watched at all.

03

Verification lives nowhere

Whether the ad actually appeared is a separate conversation, usually a spreadsheet, usually after the advertiser asks.

One hub

So put all three in one place.

Content, players and proof in the same room

Every signage CMS schedules content, and most show some fleet view. The third pillar is the one nobody else carries natively, because carrying it means owning the sensors that produce it.

3 records to make agree

Verification

Measurement vendor

Reports delivery

  • Which play does this reading belong to?
  • Was the screen even up when it ran?
  • Two reports, two totals, one invoice.

Same three jobs either way. In one hub the play, the screen state and the verification share a record, so there is nothing to reconcile before you can invoice against it.

One portal, one login, one set of numbers. When an advertiser asks what ran, the answer is in the same place you scheduled it.

Content

Pillar one.

Schedule it, target it, hold the loop

Campaigns and schedules across every screen and site from one place, with play targets and pacing the platform holds you to.

Campaigns & scheduling

Build campaigns and schedule content across every screen and site from one place. Set play targets and pacing, and let the platform hold the loop to them.

Multi-site, multi-tenant

Organise screens by site and separate your advertisers cleanly. Unlimited users and sites, whatever the size of the network.

Players

Pillar two.

See the fleet before the advertiser does

Live device and screen state, with downtime surfacing as a notification rather than an end-of-month discovery.

Live fleet health

Every player and screen at a glance. See what's online, what's playing and what needs attention before an advertiser is the one telling you.

Monitoring & alerts

Screen activity alerts so downtime surfaces as a notification rather than an end-of-month discovery.

Verification

Pillar three, and the one that is not standard.

The evidence sits where you scheduled it

Reports where verified delivery is behind the number, not a playback log the buyer has to take on trust.

In the same portal

Verified delivery lands against the campaign you built, so the report you send an advertiser and the schedule you set are the same record.

Not bolted on

This is the pillar a signage CMS cannot add by integrating harder. It needs the sensors and the wrap that produce the evidence.

The proof does not care how the ad got there.

Harvester watches the glass. It does not know which CMS scheduled the play, which player rendered it, or who sold it. Passport rides inside the creative and travels any standards-based player on any network. Verification that depended on our own delivery would not be evidence at all, it would be us marking our own homework.

So run this CMS, or run someone else's. The proof is identical either way. Screens with a Harvester carry glass Proof of Display, screens without still carry content-level verification, and nothing is invented to fill a gap.

Your advertisers

And the people you sell to get their own way in.

Give every buyer their own login

Unlimited advertiser accounts at no extra cost, each seeing their own campaigns and verified delivery.

Advertiser accounts

Give each advertiser their own login to see their campaigns and verified delivery. Unlimited accounts, at no extra cost.

Reporting backed by proof

Advertiser-grade reports where verified delivery sits behind every number, not a playback log. Your figures do the closing.

Open platform

An open API, webhooks and MCP server push your verified plays, screen health and campaign data straight into the systems, partners and agent workflows you already run. Your data, in your stack — never locked in.

Who it’s for

Which is worth more to some networks than others.

Built for networks that sell

If your screens carry paid campaigns and somebody eventually asks you to prove they ran, this is the shape of hub you want.

Networks selling their own inventory

You own the screens and the advertiser relationships. The hub runs the estate and the evidence you report against, without a second tool for either.

Operators running screens for others

Sites you manage on behalf of landlords or brands. Separate advertisers cleanly, give each their own login, and show verified delivery rather than a playback log.

Teams inheriting a mixed estate

Different hardware, different eras, acquired from different places. Passport and Harvester do not care what is driving the screen, so the hub does not either.

If you only need to schedule content and nobody is asking you to prove delivery, a plain signage CMS will serve you perfectly well and cost you less thought.

Other ways to do this

Fair question. This market is not empty.

What people compare us to

Three shapes operators usually weigh against this one, and where each of them is the better answer.

Alternative

A signage CMS plus a spreadsheet

Schedule in one tool, track delivery and screen health by hand.

Where it is fine

Workable at a few dozen screens where one person holds the whole picture.

Where this hub differs

The evidence lives outside the system that scheduled the play, so proving delivery is always a reconstruction after the fact.

Alternative

A signage CMS plus a verification vendor

Bolt third-party measurement onto the platform you already run.

Where it is fine

Fine when the vendor reaches every screen on the plan and you are content to reconcile two systems.

Where this hub differs

Two records that have to be made to agree, and the verification vendor still cannot see the glass unless they own a sensor estate.

Alternative

An enterprise signage platform

A mature CMS with a deeper feature set and a longer roadmap behind it.

Where it is fine

Genuinely stronger on authoring, connectors and the long tail of signage features. We do not pretend otherwise.

Where this hub differs

Built to fill screens rather than sell them, and verification is a bolt-on because they do not own the sensors that produce it.

Pricing

The platform's free. Pay by the device.

The CMS isn't a tier, a trial or a loss-leader with the useful parts removed. It's free because Vojo is licensed on the devices you deploy — so what you pay tracks the size of your network, never the size of your team.

Questions people ask

Is the CMS really free?

Yes. The whole platform, for your whole team, at no cost — unlimited users, sites and advertiser accounts. You pay per device for player and Harvester licences, never per seat, so cost grows only when your network does.

Do I have to use Vojo players to use the CMS?

No. The hub manages what it can reach, and Passport and Harvester work on standards-based hardware regardless of what is driving the screen. Vojo's own player is optional.

Can I give advertisers their own access?

Yes, and there is no charge for it. Each advertiser gets a login that shows their own campaigns and verified delivery, with your other advertisers separated.

Does Vojo sell inventory or compete with me?

No. Vojo does not run a network, take a revenue share, or sell to your advertisers. You get the technology and the evidence; the demand, the revenue and the relationships stay yours.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It leaves with you. Verified plays, screen health and campaign data are pushed to your own systems through the API and webhooks as they happen, so your copy is current rather than an export you have to request.

How is this different from the signage CMS I already run?

Most are built to fill screens. This one is built to sell them, and it carries verification natively rather than as a bolt-on — which is possible because Vojo owns the sensors and the wrap that produce the evidence. On the long tail of signage features, mature platforms are still ahead.

Vojo never sells your inventory.

We don't run a network, take a rev-share, or compete with you for your advertisers. You get the technology and the proof. The demand, the revenue and the relationships stay yours.
