Smart DOOH Player
Paid inventory gets priority. Unsold slots are programmatic ready. And it keeps running when nobody is watching.
Runs on your own hardware. Per device, never per seat. Optional, never required.
Fills or sells
Start with what a signage player is for.
A playlist device gets through the loop. It has no idea which slot you were paid for, so it cannot help you protect it or price it.
They take a playlist and get through it. Every slot is treated the same, whether it was sold at a premium or is running a house ad because nothing else was booked.
It is the thing you actually sell. A device that cannot tell a paid slot from a filler is a device that cannot help you sell it.
Paid plays carry priority and a budget. Unsold time can be filled programmatically through our partner ad server instead of running another house ad.
Weighted play
So the sold plays get treated like sold plays.
Priority, budgets and pacing are enforced on the device rather than assumed in a schedule.
One loop · unweighted
50% of the loop is sold inventory
Same loop, same length. Weighting moves share from house ads to the campaigns you were paid for, and pacing holds each one to its target. Shares shown are illustrative.
Sold inventory is weighted ahead of filler in the loop, so the campaign you took money for behaves like the campaign you took money for.
Play targets, hourly caps and loop limits are enforced on the device, not hoped for. Delivery lands where the contract says it should.
Delivery reports back through the same verification the rest of Vojo uses, so pacing is checked against evidence rather than intent.
Unsold slots
And the slots you did not sell stop being dead air.
Programmatic ready through our partner ad server, so unbooked slots can carry paid content instead of another house ad.
Unsold time is the quiet cost of running a network. It does not show up as a loss, which is exactly why it goes unexamined.
Through our partner ad server, unbooked slots can carry paid programmatic content instead of a house ad — same device, same loop.
Fill is the floor, not the plan. Your own sold campaigns stay weighted ahead of it.
What runs, and whether to fill at all, stays your call. Weighting keeps your own sold campaigns ahead of anything filled.
A dark screen
None of which matters if the panel is dark.
Reliability is not the pitch here, it is the precondition. Every hour a screen is frozen or offline is inventory you cannot sell and delivery you cannot report.
The player watches itself. If playback stops advancing it restarts the display rather than sitting on a still frame until someone notices.
Power returns, the screen returns. No login, no prompt, no person on site to start it.
If the network is gone at startup the device can be brought back onto Wi-Fi on site without a laptop, then carries on unattended.
Keeps playing without the network
Content is cached on the device, so a dropped connection does not stop the loop. Schedules and reporting reconcile when it returns.
And reaches you from your desk
Push content, restart a device and see fleet state from the Commercial CMS, beside campaigns and verification rather than in a separate tool.
Your hardware
You do not have to change the estate to try it.
There is a cross-platform build for devices you already own, alongside Vojo's reference hardware. Licences are per device, never per seat.
Your devices
Run it on hardware already in the field where it meets the spec.
Or ours
Reference hardware when you would rather not source and image it yourself.
Per device
From £15 a month per screen on a 24-month term. No seats, no tiers.
Device requirements, display handling, networking and security are on the technical specification.
You don’t need it
And the part most vendors would leave out.
Passport rides inside the creative and runs on any standards-based player. Harvester watches the glass and does not care what is driving the screen.
Buy it for what it does
It weights your paid inventory, fills what you did not sell, and keeps running unattended. That case stands on its own.
Not to unlock verification
Verification is not gated behind our hardware. If it were, it would not be independent of the delivery path, and that independence is what the evidence rests on.
A player you are locked into is a player you stop trusting. This one has to earn the slot on its own.
Who it’s for
Which makes it right for some networks and wrong for others.
This player earns its place where the loop carries paid campaigns. If your screens carry your own content, most of what it does is wasted on you.
The loop carries advertisers you invoiced. Weighting and pacing are the difference between a schedule that runs and a schedule that delivers what you sold.
Gaps in the loop that currently run house ads. Programmatic ready through our partner ad server, so an empty slot can earn instead of idling.
Remote sites, awkward access, one engineer covering a region. Offline playback and self-recovery are worth most where a site visit is expensive.
Where something else is the better buy. If you need deep authoring tools, a long tail of signage connectors or emergency-alert integrations, a mature signage platform is genuinely ahead of us and we would rather say so than lose a bake-off pretending otherwise. Passport and Harvester still work on top of it.
Last things people ask.
No, and this is deliberate. Passport rides inside the creative and runs on any standards-based player. Harvester watches the glass and does not care what is driving the screen. The player is there if you want the reliability and the remote control; nothing in Vojo's verification depends on it.
There is a cross-platform build for hardware you already own, as well as Vojo's own reference device. The technical specification covers what a device needs to meet.
The loop keeps playing from local cache. Schedules and reporting reconcile when the connection returns. Offline is the normal case it is built for, not an error state.
The player watches its own playback and restarts the display if it stops advancing, rather than holding a still frame until someone drives past.
On the technical specification sheet: device requirements, display and orientation, content and playback, offline behaviour, networking, remote management and security.
